At Vacayzen, we believe your vacation should feel effortless from start to finish. That’s why we’ve partnered with Beach Better Co. to bring you the Beach Box® — a first-of-its-kind amenity thoughtfully designed to elevate your beach day experience along the stunning shores of Highway 30A.

Each morning of your rental, your Beach Box® will be set up and fully stocked right at your reserved beach setup. You’ll find:

  • A hard cooler packed with all-day ice

  • Chilled bottled water

  • A Bluetooth speaker for your beach soundtrack

  • Curated local reads

  • Daily beach clean-up service

We handle the setup and the cleanup — so you can arrive and leave the beach completely hands-free, every single day of your stay.

Whether you’re staying beachfront or in a home along 30A, the Beach Box® by Beach Better Co. ensures that your only job is to relax. Because here at Vacayzen, we’re not just delivering beach gear — we’re delivering peace of mind.

Vacayzen Service Guidelines:

Service Overview

• Beach Service Set-Up orders can be placed until 12:30 PM for same-day service.
• Beach Box® orders can be placed until 11:00 AM for same-day service.
• Beach Box® orders can only be setup at the following beach accesses:
  Gulf Trace East and West, Pelican Circle, Winston Lane
• Equipment is set up each day by 9:00 AM and will remain setup until 5:00 PM*.
• Beach Service may be picked up at 4pm if chairs are empty or vacant.
• Orders will be labeled with your last name to help you locate your specific sets.
• Beach Service will be set up within approved county vendor zones and position of beach set ups cannot be guaranteed.

How to Schedule Your Service:

• Start your rental on the first day you wish to have service. End your rental on the last day you will use the service.
• Provide your desired beach access address with online and phone bookings.
• For online booking, select your desired beach access from the drop down locations. If you do not see your desired beach access, please call our office to book with a team member.

Setup Restrictions: Vacayzen is restricted by County laws and cannot set up in some areas, but can help your party find the best beach service location for you. If you are in a location where we can’t do traditional daily beach setup service, Vacayzen offers backpack chair rentals as a great alternative.

Weather Policy: We reserve the right to delay service set up in the event of inclement weather. Vacayzen also reserves the right to expedite pick up in the event of impending inclement weather.

Refund Policy: Orders cancelled more than one week prior to delivery will receive a full refund. If you cancel within a week of delivery, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid. If you cancel on the day of delivery, we can only offer in-store credit (rental credit, not retail goods), or we would be glad to make exchanges for scheduled delivery of comparable value. If you cancel after delivery, we can offer in-store credit (rental credit, not retail goods) for the unused portion of the respective rental period. Note: all LSV orders are finalized upon payment and cannot be refunded. We, unfortunately, cannot control the weather and our standard refund policy applies to all items including beach service.
